Our Yoga Retreats

Our yoga retreats combine the healing power of yoga and meditation with the inner peace and mental balance that comes with escaping to a gorgeous natural location. Nestled in the serene greenery of the Gold Coast (Hinterland) or Northern NSW, our retreats whisk you away from everyday life to uplift and inspire you as you mingle with other like-minded guests.

With daily sessions of yoga and meditation classes, self-discovery workshops, healthy cooking demonstrations and plenty of free time for you to relax, unwind and take in the breathtaking scenery, you have complete freedom to make your own schedule and take part in as many or as few activities as you want.

And don’t forget the delicious food – My Yoga Retreat is well-known for our delectable dishes that are both healthy and nourishing. With a full menu of raw and cooked food (and freshly ground plunger coffee that you can help yourself to at any time), retreating from your regular life doesn’t mean you have to give up your creature comforts!

Soul Warming Winter Retreat

The Soul Warming Winter Retreat will soothe your body and soul, whisking you away from your busy life to a warm winter sanctuary.

Held over the winter months, this retreat combines rest and relaxation with a perfectly paced schedule of yoga and meditation classes, self-discovery workshops, healthy cooking demonstrations and indulgent heated massages.

Nestled in beautiful, natural greenery, there’s plenty of unscheduled time for you to walk among nature, relax in hammocks and curl up by the cosy log fireplace. Participate in as much or as little as you like – there are no expectations of you!

Silent Retreat

Also referred to as Vipassana retreats, our Silent Retreats give you the opportunity to step out of society and its expectations and delve deeper into yourself.
