To ensure the smooth running of our yoga retreat | health retreat | meditation retreat | silent retreat, and so that we can focus on making your experience the best it possibly can, we do have some guidelines in place that we need to adhere to:

PAYMENT DETAILS

  • All bookings are secured by the payment of a $200 deposit (we don’t take tentative bookings). Please note if you are booking within 30 days of the retreat, full payment is required to secure your spot.
  • All payments are via bank transfer.

    Please clearly identify your payment with your name and retreat date… eg “M.Jones Nov 16 retreat” then please email confirmation of payment here.
  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable, however they are transferable to another person for the retreat you were booked in to. Payment of the deposit is an acknowledgment that you have read and agree to these conditions.
  • The balance of retreat cost is to be fully paid by 30 days prior to the retreat date (the total payment is non-refundable after this date, however it is transferable to another person for the retreat you were booked in to).
  • No refunds are applicable if for any reason you need to leave the retreat once it has commenced.

OTHER CONDITIONS

  • Once your deposit is paid you will receive acceptance of your booking, by way of a confirmation email and registration form.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy by 14 days prior to the retreat. All disclosures of this nature remain strictly confidential.
  • Occasionally we will take some photos or video on our retreats, to be used as promotional material. Please inform us prior to the retreat if you wish not to be photographed or videoed.
  • All massage & day spa services plus airport transfers are optional extras and are not included in the retreat price
